The Easiest Healthy Brownie Recipe (Gluten Free)
If you were in the studio last week you may have been lucky enough to sample the brownies that Coach Kim whipped up for the members (limited offer... they went fast!). Here is the recipe for these delectable treats that are as good for the waistband as they are on the tastebuds. From our kitchens to yours, enjoy!
Mix together:
1/2 cup gluten free flour
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
In a separate bowl, mix:
3/4 cup pumpking puree (not pie filling)
1/4 cup melted butter
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
Add these to dry ingredients, then fold in:
1/3 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
1/3 cup chocolate chips
Bake @ 350 in 8x8 pan. Cool on wire rack. Cut into 16 pieces.
