We believe we are the best gym in town but we don’t want to tell you, we want you to experience it! how it works:

1. Get Moving! 

We know that getting started can be the hardest part. But, you don’t need to lose weight before you begin. We make exercise fun and exciting in a non-intimidating environment while providing modifications and adaptations so that you can begin exactly where you’re at without feeling judged or ashamed. Getting started just takes the first step. 

2. Get Personal

The first step is always the most important. Once you’ve taken action, we work with you to find the right frequency of movement and nutrition strategies to meet your goals while navigating through aging, hormones, and other factors that have taken a toll on your body. 

3. Keep it up! 

No body wraps, quick-fix supplements, or crazy rapid and dramatic weight loss here! We want to give you REAL and lasting results and ensure you keep them long term. No more yo-yoing, dieting, or starting and stopping. Our system makes failing impossible as we support you and keep you motivated as you transform your body, health, and life.

Growing up, Brady never quite felt like she fit in and turned to fitness instead. She soon learned that it gave her confidence, optimism, and was changing her life inside and out and wanted to share her passion with others so they could experience the same findings in their own life. After training clients in the typical intimidating gym environment, Brady decided to instead create an inclusive and non-judgemental exercise environment and opened Encompass Fitness in 2015. Since then, Encompass has evolved into an entire team of encouraging and supportive staff that seek to help others live healthier and happier, and share a mission of bettering lives and our community.
Our core values are Be Your Best You, Take Action, Be The Community, and A Positive Attitude Always and we strive to live these out and share them on a daily basis - from volunteering and giving back to the community, to helping others gain the courage to step into the gym for the very first time, and bringing like minded individuals into the same space where they can better their lives in a fun and fool proof way.
