50 minute classes planned to get you in and out without wasting time. Our SWAT classes (Strength, Weights, Agility, & Toning) can be modified for all levels so you get the results you desire.

Flexibility

Book classes right from your smartphone. Our flexible schedule and variety of class times allows you to create a schedule that is most convenient for you.

Expert Coaching

We don’t only coach during classes, we set you up for success at all times. We provide nutrition guidelines, travel exercises, and safe guidelines to lose weight and tone up at home and on the road.

Accountability

We offer monthly measurements to help you stay accountable to your goals. We track your progress, so you can get back into skinny jeans.

 
 
 

we love variety…

Each day our group class workout targets a new area of fitness- strength, endurance, power, cardio and mobility. We alternate the intensity of each workout to provide lighter days for muscle recovery and harder days for muscle growth and power development. However, regardless of the intensity, we will always encourage you to do what your body allows and use any exercise modifications provided by our coaches when needed.
