Winning a free class is awesome - using it is another story. This is your guide to…

1. convincing you that you can do this (and you’re going to do great!)

2. Helping you select the right class for you and your fitness level, abilities, and goals.

We know that for many, the thought of stepping foot into a gym can make you want to vomit. But, it doesn’t have to! At Encompass Fitness, we have created a studio atmosphere that is welcoming, supportive, and empowering; meaning there is no reason to be nervous because you will be celebrated and encouraged exactly where you’re at!

Watch this short video as we take you on a tour and show you everything you need to know - from what to bring, where to park, and what a class entails - we want you to feel confident (or at least comfortable) when you step foot in Encompass for your first class.

 

How to Book Your Free Class:

`1. Contact us and we are happy to book your first class for you. You can use your free class for any Fitness, Mobility, or Stretch class. Either:

  • give us a call at (306) 634 0125

  • send us a text at (306) 801 0875

  • send us a message on social media

  • shoot us an email at admin@encompassfitness.ca

Let us know you’ve won a free class and we will get you registered! Or, feel free to book your class with our online booking system. To skip the payment, text us a picture of your free class card and we will send you your discount code!

 
 

SWAT - Think bootcamp, but friendlier! SWAT classes incorporate strength, cardio, and endurance with each class having a different focus.

Mobility - Similar to yoga, but designed for even those with mobility challenges or those who aren’t flexible to strengthen and lengthen while increasing range of motion
