At Encompass Fitness, we have created a studio atmosphere that is welcoming, supportive, and empowering; meaning there is no reason to be nervous because you will be celebrated and encouraged exactly where you’re at!

You can use your free class for any Fitness, Mobility, or Stretch class. Either:

SWEAT - Think bootcamp, but friendlier! SWEAT classes incorporate strength, cardio, and endurance with each class having a different focus.
Mobility - Similar to yoga, but designed for even those with mobility challenges or those who aren’t flexible to strengthen and lengthen while increasing range of motion
