For years, I have helped women at Encompass Fitness Studio from feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, and unmotivated to having unbelievable confidence, energy, and consistency. Yet, there were so many rural women who wanted to join the program, but just didn’t have the time or finances to commute to the studio.
So, we created Community Outreach Fitness to bring the boutique fitness experience right to them, in their homes. Personalized workouts with modifications for all body types, shapes, and abilities. Nutrition suggestions and tips for rural women who can’t just swing by the grocery store at the drop of a hat. And, so much support and connection that you’ll feel like you’re right in a brick and mortar studio.
