How it works:

Step 1: Sign Up

Sign up for the 28 -day Ignite weight loss program. Fill out your initial intake form and set your goals so that we can build your program!

Step 2: Start your journey

Join us at Encompass, or virtually on Thursday, Apr. 28th at 7:15 pm as we kick off the program. You’ll receive your program, advice, tips, guidance, and meet your coaches for the next few weeks.

Step 3: Weekly accountability

Each week you’ll have an accountability appointment to ensure that you are staying on track, meeting your goals, and making progress. Block your calendar for 5-10 minutes each Thursday afternoon to check-in at Encompass, or online.

Step 4: Keep going!

At the end of the 4 weeks, we will celebrate your progress and results, and teach you how to carry on, and ensure you have all the tools you need to keep gaining energy, confidence, consistency, and results.
