If you categorize food, yourself, or your habits and “good or bad” or struggle with all-or-nothing habits, we are here to help you focus on scale, and non-scale victories, while finding a healthy balance.

Far too often, we focus on changing ourselves or losing weight so that we can love ourselves or feel comfortable in our skin. But, we’ve got it all backwards. How it works:
Step 1: Sign Up
Sign up for the 28 day ignite program. Fill out your initial intake form and set your goals so that we can build your program!
Step 2: Join us!
Join us Thursday Sept. 16th as we kick off the program. You’ll receive your program, some tips and guidance, and meet your coach for the next few weeks.
Step 3: Start your journey
Each week you will set an intention to work on as you make nutritional and lifestyle changes with our support. Block your calendar for 5-10 minutes each Thursday afternoon for a check in at Encompass or online.
Step 4: Keep going!
At the end of the 4 weeks we will celebrate the progress you’ve made and help teach you how to maintain the healthy changes you’ve made so that you can keep moving forward to a health, happiness, and living life to the fullest!
