Put on your green gear and get to it with this St. Patty's day inspired workout. All you need is a die (a single dice) and a little motivation.
How it works:
Before you begin, set a time that you are going to commit to. We recommend 20-30 minutes.
Complete a quick warm up of either jogging on the spot, alternating with butt kicks for 90 seconds, or chose 5 of our dynamic warm up exercises from class.
Roll the die, and whatever number you get indicates the circuit that you will do. Continue until your time is up! Your fate lies in the die... if you're lucky it will go by quickly!
