This is Danielle, a busy rural, homeschooling mom with seven children (yes, 7!! including 3-year-old triplets) who was ready to make a change.

“You just do it. You have to. No excuses. And with this program, it just makes it achievable. I’ve learned that I have to get my exercise first thing in the morning or it just won't get done. I try to exercise while the kids are sleeping, or I put them in the back carrier, or they exercise along with me. Sure, I might have to take breaks to help them, but I get right back into it. Imperfect workouts are better than not working out at all. The endorphins, the energy, the changes - it’s all so worth it."
