When Kari came to us, she couldn’t get up and down her stairs without getting winded or out of breath. Tying her shoes was becoming an issue. She had plantar fasciitis and knee pain. She knew she didn’t want to live like that.

By making small changes to her daily habits, Kari can now fit in jackets she hasn’t worn in years, can go up and down those stairs with ease and has no more knee pain or plantar fasciitis.
She’s learning that she can lose that much weight while still celebrating birthdays and enjoying Christmas treats. She’s learning to look at the big picture and learning to celebrate what she’s already accomplished while staying focused on what more she wants to do.
